- Formulating various business insights through the use of analytics-driven methodology and scoring method to identify business opportunities
- Complete preparation of business insights framework from opportunities gathering, data sizing, business presentation and revenue/volume impact analysis
- Exploring new business opportunity to increase business campaign leads base on regular basis for Segment, Wealth, Funding business by implementing a relevant data statistic modelling approach
- Actively involve in F23 country initiative to increase customer product penetration and average product holding for better customer experience, engagement, and increase revenue
- Conducting business performance review with stakeholders for leads drop effectivity for improvement opportunities
- Prepare post implementation review (PIR) for ensuring independency and ensuring actual result vs. Business plan for Segment, Wealth, Funding business campaign
- Collaborate with business partner for execution phase while adopting business goals for contact rate and response rate.
- Regular review in accordance to data security guidlines and adequate control management
- Active participation of related projects involving DM including process improvement review for existing workflow for better turnaround and improve efficiency and effectivity
- Ensure data security, integrity, and distribution according to existing regulation regarding data management, retention, and information security
- Ensure compliance for mandatory training., ie: BSMR, Information Security, etc
- Full compliance to data management, security, and distribution
