Job Responsibilities:
- Develop new account and maintains relationship with existing accounts from the manufacturing industries in Indonesia
- Pro-actively hunt for new businesses development
- Responsible for own lead generation and appointment setting
- Perform regular research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities in order to increase sales and expand the business
- Liaise with internal & external technical teams to support business development and sales strategies
- Provide a technical understanding for customers
- More than 10 years experience in oil and gas business specifically in a sales and marketing role
- Proven experience in managing a high-performance sales team and team management skills
- Strategic thinker and commercially driven
- Highly collaborative and consultative, Consumer-focused and strong influencing skills
- Possess strong business acumen and commercial finance competencies.
