- Manage and build the intermediary team in Indonesia
- Work closely with sales lead to develop and grow the intermediary business, focusing on direct sales teams, specialist sellers & offline distributors of insurance products in Indonesia
- Manage process improvement for intermediary business and other operational processes
- Manage performance analytics and business reporting
- Manage the recruitment of agency and training program for them
- Drive strategy development for growth of the business in Indonesia
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth, timely and quality onboarding of new distribution and related product launches.
- Help establish and ensure insurance services policies, procedures and contracting processes are in accordance with the company business standards and local regulatory requirements
- Initiate on new opportunities and grow existing accounts
- Manage the P&L of intermediary business
- Minimum 7 years of experience in similar capacity
- Experience in Life / General Insurance would be advantageous
- Experience in managing on-ground sales force (eg Direct Sales team, Agencies)
- Strong leadership skills
- In a position to move jobs and change to new commission structure which will need to be built up
circa 100m IDR per month depending on experience + commission
