Job Purpose and Impact
The Supply Chain Manager Indonesia (Aquaculture) will be responsible for the management, development, and leadership of all supply chain capabilities including IBP (Integrated Business Planning), Logistics (transportation and warehousing), Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment & Customer Service. This role will need to align supply chain execution with business strategy, customer segmentation and product portfolio development. In this role, Supply Chain Manager need to drive continuous improvement process with a visible effect on owned key supply chain metrics.
Key Accountabilities
- Provides general oversight, guidance and integration of multiple areas in the Cargill supply chain includes customer service, demand & supply planning, strategic sourcing/procurement via Risk Management and Sourcing team (RMS), warehousing, inventory management, and transportation & logistics (i.e. price, order, plan, source, make and deliver).
- Supervises and lead in the development of projects and process improvements in the supply chain organization to drive continuous improvement to excellence standards, modernize how to work by playing role in ERP upgrade and improving business process.
- Monitors execution of operational business processes, such as IBP (Integrated Business Planning), S&OE (sales and operations Execution), budget cycles, KPI reporting (key performance indicators) and dashboard reporting.
- Engage with Leadership Team / Marketing & Sales Teams to understand the business strategy and align supply chain design to execute business strategy.
- Conduct performance management, talent development, succession planning and engagement.
- Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5+ years demonstrated expertise and proven track record in the supply chain, logistics and of which, over 2 years at similar capacity role
- Experience across multiple supply chain compentencies: Demand & Supply Planning Management, Logistics, Customer Service, etc.
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
- Experienced managing multiple projects
- Familiar with SAP/Oracle operations skills
- Experienced and knowledgeable with quality management systems, operations excellence, process improvement, six sigma
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Collaborative approach in problem solving
- Analytical skill and experienced in change management
