About the Department

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Job Responsibilities

To coordinate with respective units of UOB internal and external parties (ie. Group and Vendor) in producing and reviewing the contracts required for any purchase and/or renewal of items (hardware, software, services, telecommunication etc) which related to Technology and Operations divisions as well as to solve the issues arise in relation to terms and condition in the contracts.

To produce and review of internal documents required (ie renewal request, nota price etc) for internal approvals for any purchase/renewal of items and to coordinate with respective teams of UOB internal as well as to seek approval internally for the documents until Purchase Order (PO) issued to Vendor.

To review requirements of UOB Users and coordinate further with Vendor for maintenance/services/subscription renewals (including price negotiation)

To coordinate internally and provide any assistance for audit purpose which related contracts and its supporting documents in Technology and Operations divisions;

To produce contract and vendor management database;

To control and monitor contract management dashboard & performance indicators (SLA, completeness % including but not limited to coordinate with his/her peers and other resources to fulfil data and other requirements.

Job Requirements

Minimum S1 (preferable majoring in Legal)

Experience 3-5 years in Legal/Contract Management Units (preferable in Banking industry)

Knowledge in general IT product and services (preferable)

Knowledge in procurement process (preferable)

Involve in IT Projects minimum 1-2 years

Good English communication skills (written and grammar)
