A rapidly expanding e-commerce firm is seeking a talented Warehouse Manager (e-Commerce) in Jakarta, Indonesia to take on a newly created role. In this job, you will lead a team and be responsible for all warehouse-related functions.
About the Warehouse Manager (e-Commerce) Role:
As the Warehouse Manager, you will lead all operations activities and manage big teams and be in charge of end-to-end process of operations and distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of warehouse processes
- Oversee inbound, outbound and return activities
- Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
- Manage stock control and inventory for all categories
- Report and align with regional counterpart for improvements, initiative and strategy
Key Requirements:
- At least six to eight years of experience in warehouse management
- Experienced in warehouse management system
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Strong leadership, people management skill, team player and have great problem-solving skills
- Good proficiency in English
