Job Description
- Understand & implement Syngenta HSE & Quality Policy & Standard
- To follow the standard work instructions for quality inspection for production – formulation & packing (sampling freq, how to sample) and timely and accurate completion of specific tasks as agreed
- Sets up laboratory equipment and instrumentation required for various testing.
- Implementation of HSE, Quality, & CAN DO behaviour to all activities
- Prepares chemical solutions for use in conducting test and analyses.
- Preparation of calibration sample for routine analysis and recording
- Conduct quality testing on all product formulation
- Conduct quality testing on cleaning process liquid; compare the result with maximum limit in RIL matrix.
- Conduct visual check of vessel/filling machine after cleaning
- Communicates test and analysis results to production units or customers both written and verbally, by telephone, in person, and/or electronically.
- Input test results into SAP system with on time basis, analyzes data and report as directed.
- Check all of production worksheet base on production require
- Reviewing the quality of incoming raw material and packaging with compare between standard specification and COA received
- Perform and record inline quality inspection in production and warehouse area weights, O2 checks on bottles, visual checks on FG, pressure test on bottles
- Maintain documents analysis results
- Maintain retain samples, in an organized manner and periodically dispose of sample per company and customer specifications.
- Control of laboratory waste pit
- Show concern for safety on the job for himself and others
- Participate and support in safety program like near miss reporting
- Responsible for the maintenance of the laboratory facility and for providing a safe and efficient working environment
- Cleans and maintains laboratory in acceptable conditions per company standards.
- Disposes of hazardous and non-hazardous laboratory waste per company specifications
- Review all lab results and approve product release through SAP.
Essentials Knowledge & Experience:
- Min. Vocational High school with Chemical Education or equivalent (e.g: SMAKBO)
- A thorough understanding of Syngenta testing method and standard specification
- Understands and follows standard operating procedure
- Understands responsibilities under quality system
- Understand and familiar with SAP system related with QM management
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
