Job Description

The Business Development Manager will be reporting directly to the Director. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must. The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Developing sales plan on how to grow business in Indonesia
  • Developing strategy for new business and identifying the emerging trends
  • Supporting and ensuring delivery of results in accordance to plan
  • Market mapping for ongoing trends and market development (including technicality, principal trend, competitors)
  • Proactive approach in identifying potential business with principals and getting new deals to ensure maximum profitability of company

  • Bachelor Degree
  • A minimum of 8 years working experience preferably in Ship Management
  • Strong networks and contacts within the Maritime/Shipping segment
  • Proactive approach in starting new initiatives to generate more sales
