- Leadership accountability for the development of equipment and automation, cost reductions, productivity and process improvements, manufacturing operations, quality improvement, and cost reductions for growth and profitability.
- Create site-specific HSE plans and ensure accurate follow-up on the application of local and corporate HSE standards, policies, and guidelines. Put the right resources to work on the ongoing HSE improvement projects.
- Establish and nurture a commitment to enable for the greatest possible level of team member integration and individual skill development through performance evaluation and tutoring activities. Manage, develop, and train department managers, as well as all other staff. As needed, assess, inspire, and upgrade talent.
- Determine, promote, and put into action a number of important activities that will improve HSE, dependability, efficiency, product quality, and consistency.
- Maintain overall working capital (stocks, etc.) of the business within the designated budget. Implement management controls to ensure financial stability and responsibility; Establish a set of key performance indicators (KPIs) that ensures proper follow-up for all activities.
- Oversee the creation of the business plan, the annual budget, and the operational plans. Additionally, monitor the operating budgets and take remedial action when necessary.
- Bachelor degree in Polymer or Material Science, Chemical Engineering or others
- Extensive experience in polymer / resins / masterbatch
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years experiences in multinational company,
- Possesses LEAN knowledge / Green belt
- Strong and proven leadership
- Strong HSE and change management skills
- Work in an international and diverse setting
