Responsibilities
- Manage and develop Medan Branch office within the geographical opportunity and product development.
- Perform the set budget and operational measurement for the set year and the growth plan.
- Control all branch operational activity in Medan area to give the best service for all stakeholders.
- Ensure that all system and policy which implemented by company will be supported by all stakeholders.
- Establish regular communication with the customer and trade management in regard to carrier / vendor management.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from any majors at reputable university.
- Must have experience as Branch Manager minimum 5 years at similar industry.
- Excellent skills in leadership, communication, problem solving, and adaptability.
- Excellent communication in English
- Based in Medan branch.
