- Responsible for the overall quality of work performance of the company & projects in line with ISO requirements.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance & control in compliance with approved QMS, QA QC Manual, and client specifications
- Control and continually assess the adequacies of work documents or checklists and their contents and update where necessary
- Ensure the testing equipment and other test kits are available, adequate and fit-to-work
- To develop and implement quality improvement activities & plan and carry out quality audits on projects and departments and ensure compliance to QMS
- To participate in and support cost reduction and productivity improvement programs through analysis in terms of deliverables and man hours
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Petroleum Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 10 (ten) years of experience in Project QA/QC roles, preferably with experience handling oil & gas sector or offshore on topside hook up commissioning
- Familiar with standard code of practices, statutory requirements, specifications, testing procedures and ISO 9001:2015
- Must have proven records in Project, Safety and Personnel Management, conscious in safety and environmental practices
- Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skills
- Familiar with construction and project management software programs
- Preferably having CSWIP welding inspector qualification level 2 or equivalent and also a valid PCN/CSWIP film interpreter certificate
