Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities:
1. Prepares the loan application by providing all necessary information and standard documentation required.
2. Identifying risk and mitigate it through strong and reasonable covenants.
3. Analyze credit application (Finance, legal, management, market situation, and other aspects).
4. Review and Generate a recommendation for Financial Statement of borrower.
5. Conducts bank statement analysis.
6. Ensure loan given to clients in accordance to internal and external rules (e.q: PBI, etc)
7. Modify loan structure that suitable both for Bank and clients
8. Ensures loan application is completed in timely and accurate manner.
Requirements :
Requirements * Minimum bachelor degree with major in business, management, accounting, or banking and finance
- minimum of 5 years working experience in financial industry – e.g. accountant, analyst, corporate finance and relationship manager (in bank or non-bank financial institution)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work without close supervision, making decision and strong control attitude.
