- Becoming the liaison between Head Office and Site
- Handling industrial relations matter, from addressing issues to negotiation
- Handling recruitment, payroll, and other human resources function within head office capability
- Suggest and recommend programs, policies, and changes in relation to the current updated labor law
Successful Candidate should possess:
- Minimum of 8 years within the mining contractor industry for Human Resources division
- Previous experience in becoming HR on site (superintendent or above level)
- Updated with the current labor laws
- Previous successful experience in handling industrial relations matter
- Good negotiation and communication skills
Candidate will be working in a rising, but stable, industry, which is the mining sector
Candidate will report and work alongside top management of the company
Candidate will be able to grow and gain experiences in creating programs, policies, and handling end-to-end HR matter within site and head office for mining contractor industry
