- Initiate, develop, and implement well-aligned HR strategy to support business objectives
- Deployed performance management activities to enhance a performance-driven culture
- Oversee the recruitment activities throughout the company by managing the whole recruitment team-- providing coaching and advice to ensure a well-performing team
- Support general HR services day-to-day activity
- Reinforce culture and values across the organization, creating a positive organization climate that are engaging, productive, and driven by learning and agility
- Managing HRIS and payroll management
- Partner with senior leadership to provide critical client-oriented service
- A minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in relevant industries, ideally coming from retail or FMCG. If you don't have experience in these industries, exposure to large headcounts is highly preferred
- Proven work experience as Senior Strategic HR or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management software (Payroll and attendance system)
- Solid understanding of labor legislation
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven track-record of leadership experience
- Ability to foster healthy employee relation
- Advanced skill in operating Microsoft excel is a must for this position
- Fluent in English
