Role Summary: Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications
Responsibilities:

Create demand at consumers on product/brand offering and strategy (strategic planning, brand building, brand campaign development).
Create marketing communication based on shopper and channel/product category insights
Product Development (new & existing). All the product/brand standard including B2B and Export's product/brands Management
Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
A degree in the related job field.
At least 10 - 15 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
Willing to relocate to the job location.
