- Prior experience launching products into Indonesia market
- Experience in Consumer Goods, Nutrition, Dairy or Consumer Health industries
- Achieve Marketing objective by developing the brand strategies & activities
- Work with the brand team to execute the right consumer touch points
- Lead the NPD work for the related brands
- Set strong KPIs to the brand activities & measure relevant Return on Investment
- Closely monitor the execution to meet the objective in the best way possible, resources and financial wise
- Manage day to day relation with Marketing team and multi-functional team
- Manage day to day relation with related agency side & do periodic review to optimize the brand strategies
- Around 5 years of experience in marketing and branding from top or growing consumer health category
- Experienced in building, executing and measuring data-driven marketing programs across online and traditional channels, highly skilled in the use of analytics tools and ROI metrics.
- Proven knowledge on consumer health products
- Deep understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
