Your role
- Devise and plan BD strategy for key markets
- Drive lead generation via existing networks and developing initiatives to drive new opportunities for Lion.
- Manage the end-to-end process Lead Generation > Pitch > Conversion > hand over to the market Business Director for final commercials.
- Reporting to the Regional Managing Director on Business Development
- Understand the agency positioning, services offering and be able to clearly be able to communicate our offering and identify key opportunities we can capitalize on.
- Prepare and present quality pitch decks
- Identify ways to upsell and package our offerings and ensure that your identify which of the suite of our solutions is right for each client
- Demonstrate a strong network of opportunities
- Engaging and building rapport with new clients
- Analytical tasks, including budgeting and forecasting
- Evangelize the company at industry events and conferences
- Showcase the ability to train and upskill new business development managers under his/her remit.
- +7-10 years of experience with sales or business development in the digital / agency spac
- Regional experience is a plus not a core requirement.
- Adept at end to end digital strategy, including creative, social, media & technology
- Adaptable and flexible in operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong passion for and knowledge of technology and digital marketing.
- Solid background in identifying client needs and translating them into pitch and proposal
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and a plus would be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia.
