Senior Executive Search Consultant
- Bachelor degree in any relevant discipline with minimum 5 years experience in recruitment and minimum 2 years in oil and gas industry
- Having a significant ability to identify the suitable candidate through screening CVs and interview session
- Able to perform with minimum supervision and commit to meet the dateline
- Fluent in expressing the idea in English both spoken and written.
- Minimum with 7 years working experience in oil and gas/mining industry related experience
- Must have Rigging/Slinging Safety Course, Safety Course (Emergency Response, fire fighting, chemical safety, first aid)
- Familiar and have good knowledge of inventory control systems, marine transport loading/offloading, lifting requirements and safety and verifiable knowledge of oilfield equipment
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa both spoken and written.
- Minimum 15 years working experience in oil nad gas/mining industry related experience
- Must familiar with Supply Base operation including vessel and crew change management
- Must have BOSIET certificate, Rigging/Slingling Safety Course, Marine Transport Operation Course, Port
- Management, Safety Course (Emergency Response, Offshore Safety and Survival, Swimming Test, Fire Fighting, Chemical Safety, First Aid)
- Must Have understanding on warehouse operations management from receiving activity, material storage, issuing, cargo handling and shipment
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa both spoken and written
