Manulife Indonesia Health Project is accountable for successful implementation of strategic projects within Health program. Main responsibilities to provide accurate reporting and insightful business analysis of the projects within Health program in terms of cost/budget, financial benefit, and non-financial benefit which were committed in the Health business case to global. As such, this position will have comprehensive view of the projects, especially in terms of numerical measurement, such that he/she can provide variance analysis and forecasting of the Cost Containment KPIs.

- University Degree graduated.
- Min. 5 years working experience in life insurance industry as Project Member and Project Manager
- Preferable with experience in managing team
- Able to demonstrate good leadership and managerial skill
- Has an ability for process improvement, developing budget, coaching & supervision, planning and performance management
- Computer proficiency and language proficiency
- Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders
Accomplish Strategic Objectives
- Drive project planning and alignments to ensure the projects contribute to the Health program objectives: improvement in SLA, STP%, NPS, employee engagement, efficiency and leakage savings
- Steer project prioritization activities to ensure optimization of resource/investment/time for highest benefit/value-adding projects
- Lead strategic process and systems discussions with senior leadership
- Key person to track and report progress & red-lights, identify potential impediment, anticipates issues and showstoppers, propose corrective actions & problem-solving, escalate to management for decision making
- Establish continuous process improvement framework working alongside other transformation teams such as BANGKIT and BTO; propose elimination of non-value-adding processes and implementation of value-adding processes to achieve efficiencies within Health operations
- Liaise with department heads (claim team, provider management team, transformation teams) to track resources and identify any shortages based on project plans
- Develop project status reports for senior leadership; develop tracking scorecards/metrics for working teams; develop milestone reviews for key milestones and ensures the team is on track to deliver
- Ensure documentation of projects in accordance with local and global PMO standards; liaise with local PMO (CPC), regional PMO (APC), global PMO (TC) for time, cost and benefit tracking
- Initiate project discussion with other department to educate employees on project management discipline: identification, documentation, and traceability of business requirements
