Responsibilities:
- Exporting the knowledge to employees, develop training courseware and organize training implementation according to the modules
- Responsible for the training of the specified team members, especially in internal training modules
- Formulating the training plans for each stages or categories
- Continuously evaluating the effects of training performance impacts
- Optimizing training materials based on data and employee feedback
- Having 3+ years experienced at training and development department
- Good knowledge in motivating the team and encouraging people
- Able to educate team for improve their skill and performances
- Having understanding on training management
- Having knowledge on leading training and development program
- Experienced in creating training modules
- Having mandarin proficiency is a must
