Job Responsibilities:
- Understand and support the company's expansion policies and procedures to ensure the proper and effective high-growth target
- Responsible to create and develop internal infrastructure and systems – with a focus operations and expansion projects
- Manage annual departmental budgets and projections for the designated area and locations
- Develop new sites and manage existing assets – both in the domestic and international market
- Create expansion and business development roadmap and strategies
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor or master’s degree in business is preferred as well as a minimum of 8-10 years in healthcare management experiences.
- Experienced in business expansion and integration projects – with healthcare and hospital service industry experiences will be preferred.
- Strong background in business development, strategies and expansion
- Must demonstrate an ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and other business entities.
- Good communication skills and English is a must
