Job Description & Summary A career in Administration and Secretarial Services, within Internal Firm Services, will give you with the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees. You’ll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements. Simply put, you’ll work closely with dedicated PwC staff to provide administrative support.

Responsibilities:

Handling enquiries from Assurance Managers/Senior Managers in terms of secretarial duties, ie:
  • Document processing
  • Business travelling arrangements
  • Expense reimbursement
  • Mail handling
  • Meeting arrangements
​Requirements
  • Educational background: D3 Secretary
  • Experience: 0 - 2 years
  • Good command in English and Bahasa, both written and spoken
  • Sound organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to work in a team
  • Aptitude for working with computers (MS. Office) and other supporting technologies (ie. GMail, G-Chat, Google Calendar, Whats App, etc)
  • Neat personal appearance
  • Able to act with tact and discretion.
