- Coordinate and lead team members in managing clients demands for a couple of their manufacturing sites.
- Find the middle ground between client's demand and company's supply.
- Build a strong relationship with clients.
- Liaise with internal teams, such as Supply Chain Planning, Plant Operations, Transportation and Logistics, Sales and Procurement to ensure continuity of supply without any hiccups.
- Manage and develop processes to resolve customer complaints as seamlessly as possible.
- Provides support and feedback to definition of improvement projects and commitments requiring a thorough understanding of customer service practices and procedures for a team of customer service executives
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 7 years of relevant and practical experience from the manufacturing industry with a similar job description.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to drive business and customer development.
- Exposure in managing projects
- Experienced in handling complex and detailed situations.
- Well developed communication and problem solving and documentation (both written and verbal) skills
- A positive and resilient attitude (loves to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment).
