Job Purpose and Impact
The Supply Chain Analyst will focus on contributing to business projects that support long term supply chain strategies and business goals. In this role, you will help set and monitor key integrated business planning performance indicators to serve performance data and coordinate cross functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.
This role will be 1 year contracted reporting to Supply Chain Analyst Lead and will be involved in connecting supply chain operation trough out data compiling and analysis and contribute to current supply chain projects
Key Accountabilities
- Participate implementing supply chain designs, models, strategies and processes to improve the business.
- Collect, analyze, and provide summary in the form visualization, chart, or dashboard from end to end supply chain data.
- Compile KPI and metrics inside Supply chain (Order Management, Deliveries, Planning, Inventories, Storage, etc.) and provide in weekly and monthly basis.
- Help identify opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain, bringing towards digitalization and automation.
- Help conduct and oversee strategic supply chain analysis.
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Have at least 2 years experiences in different supply chain areas
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
- Understand Analytical tools (Alteryx, Knime, Power BI)
- Understand MySQL and etc
- Project management experience would be an advantage
- Have exposure in Lean or Six Sigma would be a plus
