- Handle end-to-end employees’ need and/or request
- Maintain operational data, and monitoring product inventories
- In charge in running a continuous talent acquisition program
- Collect, input & maintain all employee-related-administrative tasks
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training, events & development initiatives
- Gather & analyse data with useful HR metrics, such as: time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient & conflict-free workplace
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits & organizing team building activities
- Ensure implementation & compliance with labour & company regulations
- A bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Proven experience as an HR team for a minimum 1-2 years
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with result driven approach
- Attention to details and ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent self-confidence & communication skill in facing all management level
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) will be a plus
- Aptitude in problem-solving & analytical thinking
- Knowledge/experience in IT industry will be a plus
