Responsible to perform and monitor inspection activities and testing during operation and maintenance works and ensure the availability of accurate, comprehensive and timely information in order to achieve the Company’s objectives.
- Prepare quality procedure and work instruction based on requirement at plant necessity and monitor the measuring and test activities in order to ensure the quality of work result also in accordance with applicable standard and regulation.
- Conduct inspection for remedial action of Non Conformity Report (NCR) for internal and external (contractor/vendor) in accordance with operational and maintenance standard.
- Liase with third party (Disnaker) to conduct inspection of equipment in order to ensure the equipment is certified according to legislations defined by government agency (DISNAKER).
- Conduct inspection during outage based on all required document inspection in order to ensure the outage activities is properly done in accordance with work procedure/method of specification.
- Monitor the status of MTE (Measurement & Test Equipment)/ Calibration of Equipment according to applicable standard to ensure the quality of measurement and test activities.
- Record the handed over project documents or contractor document and technical documents (Drawing, P&ID, O&M Manual, SOP & MI) to ensure the documents keep properly and revise correctly in accordance with Standard Operational Procedure.
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) graduate majoring in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience related QAQC position in Power Plant or related industry (Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, etc.)
- Preferably has broad experience and proven skills for boiler system, power piping, welding inspection and NDT in Coal-Fired Power Plant
- Good communication skill
- Good command in English both verbal and written
- Willing to be placed in Tanjung – Tabalong, South Kalimantan (non-roster)
